ROTARY UNIONS / SWIVEL JOINTS
Mosmatic has been developing and producing top-quality rotary unions for many decades. A few of their outstanding features include absolutely smooth operation under pressure and maintenance-free, long-lasting durability. Every rotary union is examined and tested before being shipped.
POLISHED STAINLESS STEEL (INOX)
A Robust and an optically elegant design are the priorities Mosmatic sets for its products. There is no question of using anything but polished stainless steel (INOX) for all of our products
STRAIGHT OR 90°
The product line features straight rotary unions as well as angled swivel joints (90°).
The rotary unions are designed for pressures up to 7300 psi depending on the model.
The Mosmatic assortment includes slow-turning swivel joints with a maximum of 30 revolutions/min. (e.g. for hose connections), as well as quick-turning ones with up to 2000 RPM. These are similar to the type usually found in automatic car wash facilities or self-rotating applications.
Depending on the model, maximum flow temperatures of up to 250°F are possible.
SMOOTH ROTATIONS AND MAINTENANCE-FREE
Thanks to well-planned construction of the inner components, the rotary unions have extremely smooth rotations. The compact design is absolutely maintenance-free and promises long-lasting durability.
INNER PARTS AND SEALS
The inner parts (medium contact) for all the rotary unions are made of stainless steel. Various materials such as carbide, ceramic and plastic seals are available.

Our fittings are available for use with up to 7300 psi and are suitable for a wide range of applications.
Thanks to our many years of experience, Mosmatic can cater to individual customer wishes. Dimensions are possible that diverge widely from the standard assortment. The application area is discussed and analysed in a consultation with the customer. The design engineers then calculate and develop a rotary unions tailored especially for that customer
