All sales must be entered through our web page or by fax (717) 427-1604. Emailed PO's will be accepted as well if emailed to Kecsupplies@gmail.com.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any discrepancies, or errors in orders placed by phone, email, or fax. We must be notified of any errors before the order ships. Once the order ships the customer will be responsible for any shipping, return, or restocking fees incurred. This does not apply to errors in orders placed online.
KEC Supplies offers the following Returns Policy:
All sales will be considered to be final once PO order has been confirmed and approved by seller. It is BUYERS responsibility to confirm all information given is accurate.
All orders are order specific and we do not accept returns unless error is made in part by KEC Supplies. All errors or issues with order must be submitted with in 48 hours of product received. After 48 hours KEC Supplies reserves the right to refuse any and all inquiries about product concerns or returns.
Some products will be accepted back by the manufacture. Manufacture reserves the right to charge a restocking fee. This fee varies between 15% & 30% of original purchase price.
Return shipping is responsibility of buyer.
Most baffle filters are made to order, and cannot be returned. Double check your measurements before ordering.
BE SURE TO CHECK ORDER UPON RECEIPT!! CONTACT KECSupplies@gmail.com, or 877-570-3319 if any errors are discovered. IF SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS TO START A CLAIM. We will handle the rest for you.
